Tom has just accepted the offer to become the new Associate Worship Director at Canyon Ridge Christian Church in Las Vegas, NV. He will make the move and begin working there in the middle of July 2008. While Tom is sad to be leaving such a wonderful church as The Vine in Woodstock, IL, he is excited about what God has in store for him as he moves to the front lines of the battle in Sin City! 
 You can finally buy some of my music on iTunes. I released an 8 song album called "Baby Fish Mouth" which is a tribute to the band that I had for a couple of years of the same name. Special thanks goes out to Ryan Trommer who pretty much produced the album. Also, I released a 5 song EP called "Image-Early Release EP". This is a sneak peek of my upcoming full length worship album. Finally I made 2 of my older CDs available. "Grin" is the project I put together in my college days, and "Work In Progress" was scratch tracks of songs that God gave me the few years after I graduated college and started real life. Go to the iTunes music store and do a search for Tom Engelhardt. There you can either buy individual tracks for 99 cents each, or you can purchase the entire album! What a great deal! Since last July I have been sharing my music with a community of people on garageband.com. Since then, I have received much recognition there and many awards for my music. All 5 of the songs I entered for commenting have held the honor of being Track of the Day in their respective genres. One song, "Love Hate" held this honor twice: once in acoustic and once in rock. In November, "Love Hate" was named Track of the Week/acoustic. "Love Hate" is my most succesful song on the website hanging in the top 20 for months now, reaching as high as number 11 in the acoustic charts. Recently, garageband.com released a new website called ilike.com. This is a great music listening site, where you can listen to artists music, buy albums, share friends, get suggestions on what new artists you might like. One of the coolest things on this site is the garageband.com emerging artists section. On every band page, there is a list of free downloads from garageband.com of emerging artists that relate. For example, if you look up John Mayer's page and you look to the top right, you will see my song "Love Hate" as an option for a free download. This is such a great opportunity to get exposure! I love it! The website ilike.com also has a download that can make it connect with iTunes to help you navigate through artists you might like.
